Another project I worked on was Fortune Island, a story game centered around the popular makeup brand e.l.f, aimed at teaching children about financial literacy. As this project was a very heavy story game, I needed to implement a lot of dialogue and cutscenes. As a result, I decided to create an entirely custom nested dialogue-tree system, along with a cutscene system, such that I could also use both of them together!
